A recent (2020) transplant from Los Angeles, CA., I have spent over 30 years in music and drumming communities throughout LA/Hollywood, San Diego and Southern California music scenes. I’ve played the stages of notable Hollywood venues such as Whiskey a Go-Go, The Troubadour, Viper Room, Rainbow Bar and Grill, The Roxy, House of Blues, and many more. I have also played many casinos throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.
Now rooted in Bellingham, WA., I’m digging into the local music scene to continue spreading the music love. I have played multiple genres of music including rock, metal, country, soul, pop/top 40, singer-songwriter and jazz but my favorite has always been soul/funk.
I have a handful of “drum cover” videos on YouTube (and also on my “Videos” page) and a listing of recorded works online. My SOUL passion in life is my desire to continue playing live music. “The energy the crowd feeds the band, the band feeds back to the crowd, and the night goes on and everyone leaves happy!”
I also play melodic/keyboard instruments and nearly all hand drums as well. (djembe, cajon, conga, bongo, shakers, etc.)
